These terms and conditions apply to the kiriya platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

kiriya reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. You are therefore advised to read this page regularly.

To open an account at kiriya, providing accurate and complete personal information is mandatory. If you register with false or incorrect information, your account may be cancelled at any time and any deposited funds may not be returned.

2.1 Single Account

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses accumulated in them will be considered void.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your login details (username and password) completely confidential is your own responsibility. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the kiriya support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kiriya may request documents from users for identity verification (national ID, passport or similar) as required. This verification process may need to be completed at any time before or after a withdrawal request. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

All kiriya services are for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors may not use this platform under any circumstances. If there is any doubt about age, kiriya may request proof of age.

Accounts may not be opened or used from any country or region where online gambling or betting is prohibited by law. It is entirely the user's responsibility to use the service in accordance with the laws of their own country.

kiriya supports three mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.1 Deposit Process

When making a deposit, you must use the correct amount and the designated reference number. Transactions sent with incorrect information may be delayed in processing. Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on the account. kiriya does not accept requests to withdraw to third-party accounts.

4.3 Source of Funds

Funds used on the kiriya platform must be earned from legitimate sources. Using kiriya's payment methods for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If any such suspicious transaction is identified, the account will be suspended immediately.

kiriya offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be met.

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or sections.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• kiriya reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus without reason.
• Taking bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household is prohibited.

5.2 VIP Cashback

kiriya's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level, based on the net loss for the week. Example: a Gold level member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

All betting and gaming activity on kiriya must be conducted honestly. Any form of manipulation, use of fraudulent software, automated betting bots, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Any bet connected to odds manipulation or match-fixing will be cancelled.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event using multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting technical errors will be considered void.

6.2 Results and Settlement

The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Sports betting results are finalised based on reliable data sources. If there is a dispute over the result of any bet, the decision of kiriya's authority will be considered final.

6.3 Mobile App Usage

kiriya's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply to app usage.

kiriya may suspend or permanently close an account without prior warning for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonus terms
• Fraudulent transactions or chargeback requests
• Violation of applicable law
• Non-cooperation with identity verification

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, the remaining balance (if the wagering requirement has been met) will be returned.
